ABOUT
Who We Are
Peruvian Debate Society is Peru's leading competitive debate organization. Founded in Lima, PDS is a high-performance debate society that recruits students from six of the country's top universities and develops leaders with global vision, academic rigor, and world-class communication skills.
Our delegations compete at Harvard National Model United Nations, Harvard World Model United Nations, HNMUN Latin America, and Peru's national circuit. PDS alumni now lead in consulting, business, law, diplomacy, and entrepreneurship.
From Rome and Tokyo to Montreal and Manila, PDS members have represented nations in committees alongside thousands of delegates worldwide.
How We Work
Each academic season, a Board of Directors oversees PDS operations while Faculty Advisors prepare delegations through months of research, writing, negotiation, and public-speaking training.
